• You can also receive grants at the administrative service corner.
• If you have a My Number Card (Personal Number Card), you can also use convenience store issuance and online application (*)
• Mail request is not possible.

※If your My Number Card is set on your face authentication card, you will not be able to use convenience stores or online applications.

People who do Seal Registration in Yokohama and their proxy/agent

• It is available at the counter. We can download beforehand from "page (outside site) of Yokohama-shi electronic application, report service".
• Please fill in the application form with the applicant's Seal Registration number, Address, name and date of birth.

When proxy/agent applies for grant, please give the applicant's private seal registration card to proxy/agent. (A power of attorney is not required)

• Present your My Number Card with a valid digital certificate for user certification and enter the PIN (4 digits) of the digital certificate for user certification.
• You cannot apply with the face authentication card of My Number Card.

From 8:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday ※Holidays and New Year holidays are excluded.
From 9:00 am to noon on the 2nd and 4th Saturday (about ward office window opening agency of the 2nd and 4th Saturday)

From 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday
From 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturdays and Sunday
※Holidays and New Year holidays are excluded.
Important Notice
After Sunday, May 26, 2024, due to the system change of the administrative service corner, some certificates such as Seal Registration Certificate who issued the transfer notice and supplementary staff need to be added to the administrative service corner on Saturday and Sunday Can not be issued. I would like the use of weekdays (ward office, administrative service corner) or Saturday open agency (ward office).

Certificates required to apply for exemption from redemption of special loans related to COVID-19 infection (such as copies of resident certificate) will be exempted from the issuance fee.
