General Comments
Regarding the specific initiatives in this fiscal year's priority items, we were able to generally exceed the target level.
In March 2020, we formulated a new Hodogaya Ward Reading Activity Promotion Target in consideration of the provision and enhancement of reading opportunities to increase the reading population and the promotion of initiatives aimed at creating connections between people (communication) triggered by books.
In addition, training for adults involved in reading stories at schools and workshops for people who read stories at facilities for the elderly are well received, and is expected to lead to an expansion of leaders in promoting reading activities. It is required to carry out reading activity support projects for the elderly sequentially, but it is thought that it is necessary to consider correspondence in cooperation with the ward office about introduction of activity place after the course. .
In addition, we have collected a lot of materials throughout the year, but we believe that we must continue to enhance it as a local information base.
