What is a road register?

This is a road management drawing according to Article 28 of the Road Law. The scale is 1/500. It consists of a road ledger floor plan and a road ledger area map.
You can see in administrative map information "Yokohama no Michi (outside site)" of homepage of Yokohama-shi.
In addition, we can read by "Yokohama Building Information Center" on the second floor of city hall and "road ledger reading system" installed in each ward Public Works Office.
