The key word of my home is “Farm to table” (from farm to dining table) We value farming practices, producers’ thoughts, and stories.
The smoothness and sweetness of "Hama Pork" play a good taste in homemade loin ham and pork soute. Cato Farm (Sakae Nagaodai) makes wonderful Western vegetables using Kodawari farming method made from soil. You can enjoy the delicate and nostalgic scent of terroir if you eat our burna cauda or regulation (warm vegetables).
