In the area of Tana Megumi no Sato, konjac has been made for a long time.
Making konjac is a little difficult to cook, but a skilled farmer lecturer teaches gently.
In this classroom, we use konjac potatoes grown by local farmers for 4 to 5 years. Please enjoy freshly made and plump texture that is a bit different from commercial products.
