Challenge to make miso using local soybeans and rice koji!

Challenge to make delicious miso using very valuable local “Tana soybeans” and “Tana handmade rice koji”!
Veteran farmers' instructors will teach you from the basics. (I make 5 kilograms of miso)

Schedule	①Friday, February 7, 2025 ②Saturday, February 8, 2025 Every day from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Targets	People living in Midori Ward, Aoba Ward
Number of applicants	①20 people (1 person participation only) ②16 pairs (up to 2 people per group) ※In the case of a large number of applicants, we will inform you of the omission by mail after the lottery.
Participation fee	5,000 yen per set (1 set makes 5 kilograms of miso)
