　Condominium housing complex, which has passed a considerable period of time since its construction, must not only repeat repairs, but also consider how to go to condominiums and housing complex in the future (life extension, renovation, rebuilding, sale, etc.) to determine how long Residential Association will maintain.
In such a future study, first of all,

• Study sessions and information gathering on mechanisms for repair, renovation, rebuilding, sale, etc.
• Exchange of opinions to understand dissatisfaction and needs

It is necessary for the entire division owner to do so, but it is likely that many division owners may be indifferent or "what to do first".
　Therefore, a coordinator (experts of various genres) will be dispatched for these initial activities to help with study sessions and exchange opinions.

Condominium housing complex, which is more than 30 years old in Yokohama, satisfying the following:

• There is a Residential Association and the General Assembly is held at least once a year.
• The management agreement has been created.
• A long-term repair plan has been established and has been reviewed within seven years.

Organizations such as committees approved by the Residential Association or Residential Association

• Advice on rehabilitation activities
• Lecturer of study sessions on rehabilitation activities
• Assistance for discussion meetings, etc.
• Creation of simple materials on regimens, minutes and proposals for countermeasures, etc.
• Introduction of other experts within a range that does not cost money
• Except for drawing preparation, business plan preparation, financial plan preparation, etc., those that contribute to other support for condominium and housing complex regeneration activities and that the mayor deems particularly necessary.

※Each content is up to 3 hours per time

※Meetings are organized by the application organization.

※Please contract with the coordinator separately to create design drawings, create business plans, and create financial plans.
