Outline of the plan
Date of formulation: April, 2022 (Reiwa 4)
Plan period: Five years from FY2022 (Reiwa 4) to FY2026 (Reiwa 8)
Under the Condominium Management Optimization Law revised in June 2020, local governments can create a condominium management optimization promotion plan for the purpose of promoting the appropriateness of condominium management, and have formulated a plan.
Based on this plan, we plan further enhancement of measure of Motoichi and work on appropriateness of apartment management systematically under cooperation with various related entities. .
