〇 Purchases of stamps and certificate stamp are handled only in cash. Please note that it is not possible to purchase by credit card etc.
〇 If you are applying online, you can choose to pay by stamp, certificate stamp, or by credit card, but if you wish to pay by credit card, be sure to register by credit card in advance.
