From March 24, 2025, you will be able to apply online for new applications, in addition to the previous application for switching.
If you apply online, you will have to visit the office only once upon receipt, and you will not need to submit certificate of family register.
※You need a My Number card to use the minor portal.
※As before, you can also apply at the counter using a paper application form. However, in the case of a window application, family register information is not linked to the system, so certificate of family register must submit it.
Please pay attention to the operation status and maintenance information of the minor portal!
If minor portal maintenance is being carried out, online application and application status inquiry may not be available.
