I gave a greeting at the "Centerminami Spring Festival" held at Supp Plaza in front of Center Minami Station in Tsuzuki Ward  .
The rain from dawn rose, and while the famous carp streamer was swimming in the wind, it was full of performances such as singing and dancing, and mock shops.
I also had a wonderful time interacting with many smiles while visiting the venue.
