The third plan is also being promoted by related organizations, mainly by local residents. In the third phase, we set up a “area plan” that summarizes issues extracted from the “district plan” and initiatives to support local activities. Regarding the promotion of the “District Plan”, the “District Plan Promotion Committee”, which was launched in the second phase, continues to work on solving issues. By linking the "district plan" and the "area plan" with each other, we will promote initiatives in the second phase as a more effective plan to enhance and develop.
