In order to review the progress of the 3rd Midori Ward Community Welfare and Health Plan “Midorinowa / Support Ai Plan” (from 2016 to 2020), and to use it as basic data in formulating the 4th plan, We carried out questionnaire.

4,500 Midori Ward residents over 20 years old (randomly extracted)
