• Independence support medical care (psychiatric outpatient medical care)
• Promotion of community activities for persons with mental disabilities (local workshops for persons with mental disabilities, group-of-home for persons with mental disabilities)
• Rehabilitation facilities for mentally ill persons (life support center for mentally ill persons, nursing homes for mentally ill persons, dormitories for mentally ill persons)
