Dietary nutrition and health consultation (individual consultation)

Consultation methods are either "consultation at the ward office venue" or "consultation by telephone".

lifestyle-related diseases dietary treatment for diabetes and hypertension, and individual consultation for those who want to improve their diet due to obesity.
Please also consult with us about how to read the results of medical examinations, tips for reducing salt, healthy diets, and elderly meals.
Consultation time: The consultation time per person is about 30 to 45 minutes.
The cost is free.
Target: People living in Minami Ward
