About introduction of "hygiene management in line with HACCP (hasap)"
Due to the revision of the Food Sanitation Law on June 1, 2021, the implementation of "hygiene management in accordance with HACCP" has become mandatory for businesses handling food such as restaurants. At Minami Health and Welfare Center Health Sanitation Division, we provide support and advice on hygiene management plans and record preparation for facilities that do not have the introduction of hygiene management in accordance with HACCP.

The Yokohama City Public Health Center checks hygiene management plans and records during regular on-site monitoring, and checks whether or not "hygiene management in accordance with HACCP" is implemented. In some cases, the Yokohama City Public Health Center does not understand the actual situation even if it is a company that has been implemented.
