"What is 'baby food'?" "When should I start?" "What kind of preparation do I need?" Answers the anxiety and worries of moms and dads, such as "How do I proceed to the next step?" We also introduce simple and delicious recipes and display food models.

Learn how to make it live! Baby food class

This is a classroom where you can learn about making baby food for children who are starting baby food and caregivers of children up to the second month after starting.
It is for those who do not know what to prepare from, and those who have gradually become accustomed to making baby food, but want to proceed with preparations to step up.
This is a recipe introduction that includes stories and cooking demonstrations, and explains how to proceed and make baby food gently.
It is intended for caregivers, and can be attended by multiple people or accompanied by children.

About baby food class
Targets	Parents of children aged 4 to 9 months and who live in Minami Ward
Contents	Lectures on how to start and proceed with baby food, and cooking demonstrations for making baby food at home ※There is an exhibition of baby food models (initial, middle, late, completed)
Venue	Nutrition Counseling Room on the 4th floor of Minami Ward Office
Time	14:00～15:00
Capacity	20 people (first come, first served) ※If you wish to participate with two or more adults, we will secure seats so please apply for each one.
Participation fee	Free of charge
Schedule	April 23, May 14, June 11, July 9, August 13, September 10, October 8, November 12, December 10, 2026, January 28, February 12, 11, March 11, 2026 ※The content of each session is the same. You cannot apply for more than one month.
Application deadline	Up to 7 days before the desired date of participation ※If the capacity is available, applications will be accepted until the day before.
