To dog owners-rules and manners that you want to follow-

To raise dogs and cats in human society, follow the rules and manners so as not to bother you.

 Good relationships by protecting

"Dogs and cats are cute. Everyone likes dogs and cats."
The owner who thinks so.
Is that really true?

"I've been bitten." "I'm allergic to animals."
"I'm in trouble because I left my dung and urine."
"I'm worried about the squeal. I want to live quietly…。」
There are many people who are not accepted for various reasons such as this.

In order to raise dogs and cats in human society, you must follow the rules and manners so as not to bother you.

Only by protecting them is the "owner who is qualified to keep dogs and cats".

1: Let's stop free-range cats!

When walking a dog, be sure to attach a lead (leash) so that you do not release it.

  • When walking, be sure to attach a lead (leash) so that you do not release it.
  • In public places such as parks and squares, hold the lead short and keep an eye on your dog.
  • It is also important to exercise according to the type of dog and growth, so that you do not accumulate stress.
  • When keeping indoors, be careful not to jump out of doors and windows.

No. 2: After taking a walk, wash the bathroom at home!

Walks should be done for exercise and communication with the owner, and excrete should be done at home before walking.
If you can excrete in the house, you do not need to worry if you cannot take a walk due to injury or illness of the owner or dog, or when it is difficult to go out due to intense heat or rainy weather.

If you have to excrete, be sure to bring your tools so that you can take it home.
If you are about to excrete during a walk, spread the pet sheets you bring and excrete it on it, so that the place will not be polluted.
Also, if urine is urine, spraying water may leave the smell or spread instead. Please take care such as sucking urine with pet sheets etc.
In particular, it is necessary for the owner to take care such as not excreting the entrance or folding screen of another home.

3: Don't you hate your dog from your neighborhood?

Are you bothering your neighbors with squeals, bad smells (such as urine), hair loss, etc.?
The owner will manage it well.

A little care of the owner's neighbors leads to the creation of a bright town.

No. 4: If you bite a person…

If your dog bites a person and causes harm to life or body, please notify Health and Welfare Center Health Sanitation Division.
If a dog bites a person, the owner must have the dog examined by veterinarian within two days for a rabies assessment.

To cat owners

Keep cats indoors as much as possible.

Due to recent changes in housing conditions, the situation surrounding cats has also changed.
In the past, cats were free to go outside, but recently consultations such as damage to dung and urine and damage to cars have increased, and often lead to troubles between neighbors .

Let's keep it according to the rules.

Cats that go outdoors can also be at risk of traffic accidents and transmission of illness from other cats.
It is recommended that you keep it indoors as much as possible.
Also, wear a collar or bell ribbon so that you can identify as a domestic cat.

If you want to leave a cat outside, be sure to excrete it in your own home so as not to bother you by excreting it nearby.

For those who feed cats outdoors

If you don't have a cat sterile castration, it will increase quickly.
Infertility and neutering must be performed

Be responsible not to disturb the neighborhood due to leftovers or excrement of cats.
If you feed, you need the same responsibility as love.

  • Let's not make other people's land a feeding ground.
  • Don't leave the food and clean up the leftovers.
  • Let's get rid of dung and urine immediately. Make a cat toilet on your premises or in a place where you can get the consent of the land manager.
  • Communicate well with your neighbors and gain an understanding.
  • Let's have sterility and neutering so as not to increase unhappy cats without an owner.
