1 Please apply to Oversized Garbage Reception Center by phone or internet.
→We will inform you about the collection location, time, fees, etc.

2. Please pay the fee.
Please pay the fee at a financial institution, post office, convenience store, etc. designated by Yokohama City and receive the seal.
From Wednesday, October 25, 2023, those who apply via Internet chat LINE will be able to pay the oversized garbage processing fee by electronic payment. For details, please refer to the Resources and Waste Recycling Bureau website where you can pay the oversized garbage processing fee via electronic payment.

3 Attach a sticker to the specified date and time and place.

Reception Monday to Saturday (including public holidays): From 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

In collection box for recyclables, residents of the ward directly bring old newspapers and used cloth that are no longer needed, and there are four locations in the ward.

Items collected: Newspapers, magazines and other papers, paper packs, used cloth
Cardboard is not allowed.
