What is the Minami Ward Ward Management Council?

Since April 2003, Minami Ward has been making decisions on important policies for the ward through the Minami Ward Ward Management Committee.

• The meeting will be attended by Director General, ward managers and section managers, business managers in the ward, and other relevant staff members.
• The meeting will be presided over by the Director General and will formulate management policies for the ward, determine important measures, and coordinate office work at the bureau.
