Information on Registration
I hope you can spend your time with peace of mind.
If you register information such as emergency contact number in advance at the Community Care Plaza, you will receive a "key ring" with your registration number and a "magnet" for your home that can be attached to your refrigerator. In the event of an emergency, the Community Care Plaza will provide appropriate information to emergency services and medical institutions based on the registration number.
Target: Those aged 65 or older who wish to register in Naka Ward
