What is the Housing and Land Statistics Survey?
The Housing and Land Statistics Survey is a basic statistical survey based on the "Statistics Law".
Investigate the actual situation of houses in Japan and buildings where people live outside of houses, the status of ownership of houses and land other than the current residence, and other actual conditions of households living in houses, etc. This is a survey aimed at obtaining basic data on various measures related to living and living by clarifying it.
The results of this survey are used as basic data for planning, drafting, and evaluating various measures such as the Basic Plan for Living Life and Land Use Plan created based on the Basic Law on Living Life.
Status of Statistical Investigators, etc.
Investigators are local government officials with special positions appointed by the prefectural governor based on the recommendation of the municipality.
If all accidents occur during the investigation, they will be compensated as a public affairs accident.
