Do you know what is the "Reading Barrier-Free Law" (※ Act on Promotion of Maintenance of Reading Environment for Visually Impaired People) enforced in 2019?
This is an initiative to create an environment that can be accessed even by those who have difficulty reading ordinary books for various reasons.
The library is making various efforts to support reading activities for those who have difficulty reading.
