evacuation shelter Opening Support Kit
When opening the evacuation shelter, the steering committee members who play a central role on a daily basis may not be able to gather as soon as possible.
Also, there is a possibility that an earthquake will occur shortly after the committee members change. To alleviate such anxiety and support the establishment of a base, we have created a support kit for the establishment of the evacuation shelter and installed it at all sites in Sakae Ward.
Composition of support kit for opening evacuation shelter
The evacuation shelter Opening Support Kit contains procedures for action from preparation for the opening of refuge to acceptance of refugee, various notices and equipment.
The procedure manuals are classified into the following types, and closed files are stored in files.

・③Preparation for use of facilities (word: 1,095KB)
・④refugee acceptance edition (word: 192KB)
