evacuation area has been designated as a place to evacuate to protect the lives and bodies of citizens from radiant heat and smoke when fires caused by major earthquake occur frequently and spread.

Areas where there is a low risk of large-scale fire spread are considered to be extremely unlikely to cause large-scale fire spread, and even if the evacuation area is not designated, life safety is ensured by evacuation actions at the discretion of residents.

• evacuation area is a place to evacuate during a large-scale fire. evacuation sites is a place where local residents gather to temporarily evacuate to evacuation area and to evacuate to Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations.
