Those who are maddy in Sakae Ward
There is no limit on the number of weeks of pregnancy, so please join us when you are in good physical condition.
※Children are not allowed to participate.

2nd floor of the new building of the Sakae Ward Office

1st time from 10:00 to 12:00
2nd time from 13:30 to 15:00
3rd time from 10:00 to 12:00
4th time from 13:30 to 15:00

Maternal and Child Health Handbook, Child Care Guidebook "Whire", Writing utensils, Drinks (Please bring freely)

■Overview:
Don't you worry a lot when giving birth approaches? You can talk with midwives and public health nurses about building your body during pregnancy and giving birth, and childcare after childbirth.
We also have a simple stretch that allows you to relax.
Why don't you come to your postpartum mom to go out with your baby?
Let's share "Yes" and worries with everyone who was pregnant and gave birth at the same time!

Moms and their children less than 4 months after giving birth
