The Community Welfare and Health Plan is a "municipal community welfare plan" stipulated in Article 107 of the Social Welfare Law. In Yokohama City, the name of the plan is "Community Welfare and Health Plan", and welfare and health initiatives are being promoted integrally.
The government, the Japan National Council of Social Welfare, Community Care Plaza, and other community organizations such as the Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations, the community development plans to work together to solve local issues such as welfare and health, and to promote mutual support for local communities, so that everyone can live in a safe and healthy manner.

What the Third Plan Aims for
Since the first phase, Seya Ward has been working on “happiness for everyone” as its basic philosophy. In the third phase, we will continue to take over this basic philosophy and continue our efforts.
In the third phase plan, we added a subtitle (subtitle) entitled "Plan for Comfortable Town Development". The desire to get familiar with the plan and the message that the Community Welfare and Health Plan is a plan to proceed with everyone involved in all the inhabitants. Let's solve various living issues common to the community through initiatives such as mutual support and helping each other (self support and community support), and work together to create a comfortable city.

Composition and Promotion of Plans
The Seya Ward Community Welfare and Health Plan consists of a whole area plan and a district-specific plan.
◆Total Plan
The ward office, the Japan National Council of Social Welfare, and the Community Care Plaza will play a central role.
We hold a round-table conference to promote the overall plan, consisting of residents' organizations such as Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations and representatives and experts from welfare and health organizations in the ward (twice a year). Each business jurisdiction section reports reflection and self-evaluation of business and hears opinion about plan promotion and reflects in business plan of the next fiscal year.

This is an initiative to formulate and promote each of the 12 regional alliances Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations areas. The district-specific plans include not only activities in the field of welfare and health, but also activities to be tackled in the community to promote "living town development".

The 12 regional alliance Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations area will play a central role in implementing initiatives to realize the basic philosophy and basic goals in each area. Every year, the promotion body looks back and evaluates the efforts, leading to the next fiscal year's efforts.
