Introduction to Seya Ward Community Care Plaza
"Community Care Plaza" is a facility that supports your lively life when you are in trouble with nursing care and child care, or when you want to find something worthwhile. In addition, as a Regional Comprehensive Support Center, we provide consultation and support on welfare and health. Please feel free to contact us.

Opening hours
・Moon-Sat: 9-21:00 (*) Day/holiday: 9-17:00 (closed during the year-end and New Year holidays and once a month facility inspection days)
※If there is no facility reservation between 18:00 and 21:00 at night, it may close at 18:00. (Closed at 21:00 a.m. as usual on days reserved.)
(The reservation deadline for facility use at 18-21:00 at night is the 12th of the previous month of the desired date of use.)
Online consultation is available.
Using Zoom, you can consult about welfare, nursing care services, local activities, etc. from home using a smartphone or PC. Tripartite consultation, including distant family members, is also possible. Please contact each community care plaza in advance.
※Please prepare terminals and communication devices by yourself.
※Online consultation is also available at the Health and Welfare Center.
