Vaccination

The Vaccinations implemented by Yokohama City is stipulated by the Vaccination Law and is called "regular vaccinations." Those who are equivalent to the age targeted for regular vaccinations can be vaccinated free of charge.
We inoculate at medical institution listed in Yokohama-shi public health center homepage (the details page) or "individual Vaccinations, Check ups for Infants and Toddlers Cooperating Medical Institutions list" distributed in Health and Welfare Center.

※A pre-examination card is required for vaccination at public expense. Preliminary examination slips are sent individually according to the time of vaccination. (0 years old, 1 year old, 3 years old, etc.)
For inquiries about Vaccinations in general, such as "Preventive vaccination coupons does not arrive" or "I want to check the vaccination schedule", please contact the following.

Please bring your Maternal and Child Health Handbook and come to the Health Promotion Section window on the 44th floor of the ward office.

You may be eligible for vaccination at public expense. Please contact Health Promotion Section as soon as possible.

As a general rule, Vaccinations inoculates in Cooperating Medical Institutions in Yokohama, but due to unavoidable circumstances, procedures are required in advance when vaccinating at a medical institution outside the city. For more information, please contact us.

Be sure to bring your Maternal and Child Health Handbook and insurance card when you come to the agency.
Please note that if you do not have it, you may not be able to issue a pre-examination card.

October 1, Reiwa 6-December 31, Reiwa 6 (excluding closed days)
≪Target person≫
１．Those who are 65 years old or older as of the date of vaccination
２．Heart, kidney, respiratory function at least 60 years old and under 65 years old as of the date of vaccination.
Or those who have impairment of immune function equivalent to grade 1 due to human immunodeficiency virus
≪Number of inoculations≫
1 time (If you inoculate twice, the second time will be paid entirely by yourself.)
