1 Purpose
Establish a standard for disclosing the expenditure status of expenses required for association as a council, such as condolences, visits, and membership fees performed by the chair, vice-chair and the director of the council.
2 Publication Standards
(1) Contents to be announced
(A) Expenditure categories (condolences, visits, talks, membership fees, gifts and others)
(B) Date of expenditure
(C) Amount of expenditure
D) The other party (except when consideration is required for the other party)
(2) Date of publication
The announcement of parliamentary expenses will be posted on the Yokohama City Council website by May 15.
(3) Method of Publication
Publication of parliamentary expenses will be posted on the Yokohama City Council website and will be available for viewing by the Secretary and Public Relations Section of City Counsil City Council Bureau.

For the current fiscal year and the past five years.
