Receipt of My Number Card is a reservation system.

From June 29, 2021, the receipt of My Number Card is required by reservation.

From Tuesday, June 29, 2021, you can also receive it at the My Number Card Special Center (Kamiooka) (reservation required).

At the time of booking, you will need your reservation ID and reservation password.

・The reservation ID is alphanumeric characters at the upper left of the back of the delivery notice (postcard).
・If alphanumeric characters are written in red before or below the 9-digit number, the reservation ID is the sum of the alphanumeric characters to the beginning of the 9 digits.
・The reservation ID also includes "-".

[Example] If "012-345678" is printed and "21" is printed in red under the 9 digits, the reservation ID is "21012-345678".

The reservation password is 8 digits of the date of birth in the Christian era.
