Flow of application and selection for registration
| Flow of Procedure | Contents |

| （１） Fill out and submit registration documents | Fill out the registration form (word: 27KB) with required items, and bring it to the application below or submit it by mail. |
| （２） Registration procedure | You will need to register at the application site. (The validity period of the appointment request registration is until March 31, 2026.) |
| （３） Interview communication | Selection will be conducted for those who meet the conditions such as the number of working days to be recruited from among registrants. |
| （４） Submission of application form and certificate of qualification | Please submit "Application for Fiscal Year Appointment Staff (Resume) (word: 23KB)" and application qualification "Certificate of Qualification (copy)" additionally. |
| （５） Interview selection | Interview selection will be conducted for registrants who meet the conditions such as the number of working days. |
| （６） Notification of selection results | After the selection is conducted, all candidates will be notified in writing of the results, regardless of pass or fail. |
| （７） Appointment | If you are hired as a result of the selection, you will be appointed as an appointment staff for the fiscal year. |

Eligibility
A person who has a license for either a dietitian or a registered dietitian
However, based on the provisions of Article 16 of the Local Public Service Act (disqualification clause), the appointment staff for the fiscal year cannot be appointed in the following cases.
（１） Those who are sentenced to imprisonment or higher and until their execution is completed or no longer received.
（２） A person who has been dismissed as a Yokohama City employee and has not passed two years from the date of the disposition.
（３） A person who is in the position of a member of the Human Resources Committee or Equity Committee and has committed a crime prescribed in Chapter 5 of the Local Public Service Act and has been guilty
（４） A person who has formed or joined a political party or other organization that claims to destroy the Constitution of Japan or the government enacted under it by violence after the date of enforcement of the Constitution of Japan
Appointment period
Appointments will be made as necessary during the period from April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026.
Others
- The personal information described in the submitted documents will not be used for any purpose other than the appointment procedure for the fiscal year appointment staff.
- Please note that submitted documents will not be returned.
- If the 2025 budget is not voted on by the Yokohama City Council, it may not be adopted even if it passes the selection.
