There is a monument of "Terao Castle Ruins" at Tonoyama, where the castle (pavilion) of the fifth generation of Mikawanokami Suwa, the lord of Terao in the Middle Ages.

The precious remain that conveys the neutral castle, such as the sky moat and earthworks at the castle ruins, has been maintained and preserved as Tonoyama Park.

The mountain gate is said to be during the Kamakura period. "Genpei Goshiki Camellia", one of the 100 best Kanagawa trees, is 600 years old. It's best to see it from late March to early May.

There is also a foothiki Jizo that cures the pain of the feet on Kurayamizaka (a slope beside the Tsurumi Reservoir).

Kotobuki Zen master, a high priest who lived in Kenchoji Temple and Enkaku-ji Temple in Kamakura, was founded in 1334. In the temple on the precincts, Yoshitaka Satomi, who was loved as an entrance and became a Buddha, is enshrined. The entrance festival is held on May 3 every year. There is also a tomb of Zen master Kotobuki.
