※The expected birth month is a guide for the time of attendance. I don't mean that I can't take any other lessons.

The ward office holds parent classes three times on weekdays in one course.

• Tsuzuki Ward   residents
• Those who have entered the stable period (for reference, there is a guideline for the expected month of childbirth and the time of attendance on the schedule)
• Those who are giving birth for the first time

Health and Welfare Center Multipurpose Room on the 1st floor of Tsuzuki Ward   Office

• From the first pregnancy to childbirth (life during pregnancy, progress of childbirth, breathing method, dental health, nutrition, pregnant woman experience) from 9:30 am to 11:30 am
• 2nd postpartum story (life with baby, crying experience, postpartum story and procedure, bathing experience) From 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm
• Let's talk and listen to the 3rd (exchange with parents and children during child care, introduction of child care support, exchange between pregnant women) From 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm

• The classroom does not necessarily have to participate in all three times. It is also possible to participate in multiple months.
• The course is based on the month four months before the expected birth month, but there is no problem if you participate in other months.
