Ａ． Please accept it at the current designated school (the school listed in admission to municipal school). In that case, please tell designated school that you plan to move.

Ｑ． I plan to enter a national or private elementary school. What should I do with physical checkup when I go to school?

Ａ． For children planning to enter a national or private elementary school, please visit physical checkup at the designated school listed in admission to municipal school. At that time, please inform the school that you are planning to enter a national or private elementary school, and be sure to send "out-of-area study" to the ward office. (As an attachment, the “admission permit” of the school to be enrolled is required.)
