Continuing Dr. Club

In Tsuzuki Ward  , there are many companies and offices equipped with excellent human resources and technology, such as industrial areas in the Tsurumi River basin and companies entering the development of the Kohoku New Town. Continuing Dr. Club was established in September 2001 with the cooperation of companies and offices that have supported Yokohama City's educational philosophy of promoting education in cooperation with schools and communities.

Continuing Doctor Club provides dispatch lecture/off site lecture for elementary and junior high school students who take advantage of their specialized fields. (A company may be the venue.)
The course stimulates children's curiosity by touching specialized skills and knowledge while experiencing and experimenting, and fosters awareness of problems and interest in learning. It is also used as an opportunity for children to come into contact with members of society in various fields and to think about future work on their own.

Courses are offered free of charge as community contribution activities of companies and offices. (Some courses require some material costs.)
