    ※It cannot be rented as a commercial parking lot.
  • Warehouses used by local organizations

●Eligible users

As a general rule, local organizations (Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations, condominium Residential Association, civic groups, etc.) are eligible.
Individuals and private businesses can also use places where there is no use of local groups for the following purposes, so please consult us if you wish.

  • Material storage area temporarily used for public works such as water supply and renovation of neighboring houses, etc.
  • On-site offices
  • Temporary parking lot
  • Model rooms for condominiums, etc.

●Contract period

Please contact us directly as it varies depending on the land and use.

●Usage Fees

In principle, you will be charged. (Depending on the purpose of use.)
The loan fee must be paid in a lump sum for each fiscal year.

  • Examples of fees
    • Regional disaster prevention equipment storage area: Free of charge
    • Flower beds and vegetable gardens of local children's associations and senior citizens' associations: 20 yen per square meter per month
    • Flower beds and vegetable gardens of local groups: ¥40 per square meter per month
    • Parking at Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations Pavilion: 150 yen per square meter per month
    • Other warehouses, parking lots, material storage, etc.: Set the amount based on public property rules, etc. (Calculated based on published land prices, surrounding market prices, etc.)

●Application procedures up to the start of loan

  1. Please contact Tsuzuki Ward   Office Planning and Adjustment Section (51st floor on the 5th floor or telephone 045-948-2226) if you wish to use the service. We will give you a request form for use at the time of consultation.
  2. Please submit a request form for use (a different from the application documents described below).
  3. The ward office confirms that there is no request for use in local groups (Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations, condominium Residential Association, civic groups, etc.) and sends application documents if it can be borrowed.
  4. Please explain to the residents adjacent to the land and obtain consent. .
  5. Fill out and seal required items on the application form and submit it to the ward office.
  6. After accepting and confirming the contents of the application documents, a payment slip will be issued in the case of a paid loan.
  7. After the contract is concluded, the loaned property will be delivered.
