Public hearing (citizen's voice)

In ward office, city hall, many opinions, requests are sent from inhabitants of a ward in various ways.
We accept suggestion, opinion sent from inhabitants of a ward by various systems such as "suggestions from citizens" and make use of in administration of municipal administration, ward administration and examination of new measure.
In this way, receiving and answering requests from everyone is called "public hearing (kocho) business" in Yokohama City.
Ward Administration Promotion Division Public Relations Section is in charge of the Tsuzuki Ward   Office.

We will respond or inform you of the situation within 10 open agency days counting from the day after the reception date.
The reception date will be the day if it arrives at Ward Administration Promotion Division by 16:00 on the opening day, and if it arrives after that, it will be the next opening day. (Except when the agency is opened on Saturday or Sunday.)
※Closed days are Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, transfer holidays on holidays, and from December 29 to January 3.

In addition to e-mails, there are envelopes and stationery dedicated to "Suggestions from Citizens" in city facilities (ward offices, district centers, etc.) and "Yokohama City PR Box" at stations, so please use it.
We also have a mailing box inside the Tsuzuki Ward   General Government Building.
