Petition

If opinions and requests are sent to the mayor (or Director General) in writing under the name of the organization or joint name, it will be accepted as the mayor petition (Director General petition).
Person who is sent opinion and request in individual, please see page of "suggestions from citizen".
Please refer to the City Council Bureau page for petition and petition to the Yokohama City Council (City Council).

Please write "Mayor of Yokohama" in the case of mayor petition and "Director General Tsuzuki, Yokohama" in the case of Director General petition.
In addition to specific opinions and requests, be sure to fill in the petition with the name of the organization, the name of the representative, the location (Address) and other contact information (there is no prescribed format).

Please bring it to the counter or submit it by mail.

If an answer is required, in principle, we will respond in writing. It will be mailed to the representative.
Regarding budget requests for the next fiscal year, we may have to wait until the budget is voted in City Counsil.
