We updated about deliberation result of Yokohama-shi Tsuzuki sports center designation manager choice member society second committee.

With designated manager system, a part of the Local Autonomy Law was revised (enforced in September of the same year) in June, 2003.
Regarding the management and operation of "public facilities", a designated manager system has been introduced, and the management and operation of facilities, which had previously been limited to public organizations, etc., can be entrusted to a wide range of organizations, including private businesses.
