What is evacuation area?

evacuation area is a place for temporary evacuation to protect the lives and bodies of citizens from radiant heat and smoke when a fire caused by major earthquake or the like spreads.
Please note that evacuation area is not a place to live an evacuation life like designated evacuation center (evacuation shelter), so there is no stockpile of water or food.
