The ward office can provide a list of advocate requiring disasters created by the "new consent method" based on the Disaster Countermeasures Basic Law and the "information sharing method" based on the Yokohama City Ordinance.
In addition, based on the "new consent method" and "information sharing method", a questionnaire that expanded the target audience in the region (eg, infants, pregnant women, etc.) and expanded the information collected, etc. There is also a "completion method" to create.
