Lobby Gallery (exhibition space on the 1st floor of Asahi Ward Hall)

There is an exhibition space for Asahi Ward residents on the first floor of the Asahi Ward Office.
You can exhibit works such as paintings, Japanese calligraphy, and photographs. The venue usage fee is free.
In principle, it cannot be used for announcements of music activities (sound presentations). In addition, exhibitions such as commercial and business use or recruitment of members are not possible.
It can be used up to twice a year by groups and individuals in Asahi Ward.

The available period is, in principle, one week from Monday to Monday the following week.
Carry in must be carried in from 16:00 to 17:00 on Monday, and carry out by 16:00 on the following Monday.
In addition, the user is responsible for carrying in and out and patrol during the period and monitoring.

You can use the application form at the Asahi Ward Office Regional Promotion Division window (22nd window). Reservations can be made up to one year in advance.
Example: If you apply on October 31, until the end of October of the following year. If you apply on November 1, you can make a reservation by the end of November of the following year.
