Established a base in consideration of differences in the needs of men and women.
In affected areas, there are various problems that take advantage of the confusion caused by disasters. Especially in refuge, it is important to prevent women from being able to consult with anyone about requests such as securing changing rooms and childcare spaces, and to prevent crimes against women and others at blind spots.
In order to ensure that everyone can live an evacuation life in evacuation shelter in the event of a disaster, the secondary disaster has created a pamphlet that summarizes matters that need to be considered within the site. We hope that you will use it for the establishment and operation of the base, and that you actively work on the base management that takes into account the differences between men and women.
