A person who intends to submit a proposal must meet all of the following conditions:
(1) In the “Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (Articles, Consignment, etc.)” in FY2019 and FY2019, with business items “Various survey plans” ranked first, and business details “market / opinion polls” and “consulting (Construction) Except for consulting, etc.) ". Or, a person who is currently applying at the time of submitting the application form and has completed registration by the date of determining the trustee.
(2) From the deadline for submitting the application form to the specific date of the contract candidate, "Persons who have not received suspension measures under the provisions of the Yokohama City General Competition Suspension and Nomination Suspension Measures (April 1, 2004) .
(3) Persons who do not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (Government Ordinance No. 16 of 1947)

　Applicants who have been notified that they have not been eligible for the proposal may request a written explanation of why the proposal was not accepted.
