(3)Those who have registered the size of the company as "Small and Medium Enterprises" or "Others".
(4)A person who does not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (1947 Cabinet Order No. 16).
(5)A person who has not received suspension measures according to the provisions of the outline of measures such as suspension of Yokohama City general competition participation and nomination suspension from the date of submission of the participation intention application form to the date of determining the trustee.
