A person who intends to submit a proposal must be confirmed to meet all of the following conditions and be qualified to submit a proposal.

(1) On the date of submission of the proposal implementation handling guidelines (hereinafter referred to as “summary”) for the consignment of the gift certificate executive committee with Yokohama City Premium (hereinafter referred to as “summary”) stipulated in Article 11, Must be registered in the “2019 Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (Articles / Consignment)”. (1)　If more than one business operator participates in a proposal as a joint venture, the provisions of the preceding paragraph shall apply mutatis mutandis to members.
(2)　A business that participates alone cannot be a member of a joint venture.
(3)　Each member of a consortium cannot be a member of multiple communities.

1． Notification of participation
Of those who have submitted the application form for participation, those who have been qualified to participate and those who have not been recognized will be notified of that fact and the reason by notification of the participation qualification confirmation result. Notifications will be made by electronic mail.

2． Submission of Proposals
A proposal-related document submission request form will be issued to those who have been qualified to participate, along with a notification of the participation qualification confirmation result.
Proposals are prepared based on the guidelines for preparation, and the prescribed proposal (Proposal Creation Guidelines Form 5) (word: 17KB) and a list of re-consignment plans (Proposal Creation Guidelines Attachment 3) (Word: 18KB) (* Attachment 3) Please submit it only if applicable). Delivery will be done by electronic mail.
