In carrying out this work, the following conditions will be set as participation qualifications.
1 Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964 Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and a person who has the qualifications specified by the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
2 In the Reiwa Moto / 2nd year Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (articles, consignment, etc.), in the "small and medium-sized enterprises" whose location classification is "city" or "quasi-city", "319 Events" Must be a person who has registered the detailed code "A Event Planning" and "B Event Management" in the second place or higher.
Person who has not received nomination suspension measures based on measures summary such as Yokohama-shi nomination suspension on any day from 3 bid participation intention application deadline to bid date.
(4) A person who has one of the following achievements:
(1)　Operation and implementation of events that use the main arena of Yokohama Arena
(2)　Operation and implementation of events of approximately 10,000 or more visitors (per day)
(3)　Management and implementation of events to celebrate "Adults Day" hosted by more than 3,000 other municipalities.
