Other Conditions

Those who intend to participate in this proposal must meet all of the following conditions at the time of submission of the application form.
(1)Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964 Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and a person who has the qualifications specified in the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
(2)Being a person who has been registered in the "Detailed A System Development, Maintenance, and Operation" of "Computer Services" in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (Articles, Consignment, etc.) in FY2017.
(3)Being a person who has not received a nomination suspension based on the outline of measures such as Yokohama-shi nomination suspension on any day of hearing from the submission deadline of the proposal participation intention proposal to the specific date of the contract candidate.
(4)Have the following certification qualifications:
A. “Privacy Mark”
B. “Information Security Management System (IS0/ICE27001)”
C. “IS09001:2008”, “IS09001:2015”, Organizational Capability Maturity CMMI
(Level 3 or higher)
(5)Must have a track record of registering for "Applications and Content Services" in "LGWAN-ASP Service List" of the Local Government Information System Organization (J-LIS).
