1 Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964 Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and having the qualifications specified by the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.

3 Must have at least two persons who meet any of the following requirements or have at least two years of practical experience in the maintenance and management of systems and information equipment.
（１）　Microsoft Office Specialist or equivalent or higher qualifications
（２）　Those who have obtained qualification for information processing engineer examination for basic information engineers or higher
（３）　Those who have passed the education computerization coordinator grade 3 or higher
（４）　Those who passed the ICT support staff ability certification test
